I landscape and furnish each of my houses as though I were going to live there myself. In fact, I do live in many of the houses from time to time. Most of the houses on Serenity Island are furnished. If a house is unfurnished, this will be noted below.

Each house is on its own parcel, which allows you to control the media for your house and garden.

If you like one of the furnished houses but would prefer to have it unfurnished, you can rent a whole-environment quarter-sim skybox and choose any of the houses from Serenity Island or any of the club houses.
